I started selling on Ebay as a hobby. I spent so much time here I fiqured I would give it a go. I have learned a lot over my initial selling period and continue to learn. I urge you to be patient with me. Please know I am an honorable person and will live up to my word. I genuinely want my buyers to be happy but I do realize that I would go broke if I made everyone happy. I make very little money doing this but I dream of someday staying home to be a powerseller. I am a healthcare worker and love to help people. I am married with 2 grown chidren a boy and a girl. I live in Ontario Canada.

I prefer Paypal but can accept international money orders from those buyers who are not in Canada. I accept all forms of payment through paypal and of course Canadian money orders. Personal checks are no longer accepted, Please take the time to get a money order if necessary. All checks would have a waiting period to clear before the item is sent. I do welcome combined shipping. Starting with the heaviest and usually 8 dollars per additional item. Shipping has become problematic as of late. The following policies have been set in stone. I reserve the right to ship in any way I feel is resonsible, period. The way your item is shipped will depend on your area. Sometimes I am able to ship in 2-3 days (I love to do this when possible:) other times due to distance, customs etc. I will have no choice but to ship by surface. If an item indicates surface mail this usually indiacates the cost of air international as surface internationally is very unreliable. I want you to be happy. Insurance has been responsibly included in your shipping. If shipping seems high, I have good reasons. Please do not ask for a reduction. The Canadian shipping calculator on Ebay is not perfected. By bidding you agree to the sellers terms as stated.

No returns unless stated in your auction and only as stated in your auction. Just because a return was offered for the same item in a previous auction do not assume that the return policy is in effect for the auction you are bidding on, please read. Returns are offered as a special selling point from time to time. It costs plenty to keep relisting items so if you think you might need a return take advantage of no returns when specially stated. KNOW YOUR SIZE! Absolutely no returns for sizing issues. Measurements and sizes are clearly stated. If you are unsure ask. I am not responsible for duties. Duties are a fact of life, like death and taxes. I have paid for duties for items at a ratio of 8-100. So duties are rare but they do happen. Please keep in mind that in mind you are not walking out of an expensive boutique, this is Ebay. Not to say Ebay isn,t great but we are all here for the best deal. In some cases, items have been gently used. Please remember you probably got a great deal on something you really wanted.
