I am a married stay at home Mum with 2 young boys. I have made jewellery for over 20 years ( I started at a very early age) and love to make items that are unique and stylish. I sell it locally at parties and shops.

I sell a huge range of beads and findings including: Semi-precious chips and shapes, beads made from glass, wood, shell, mother of pearl, resin, acrylic; findings including brooch kilt pins, memory wire, bookmarks, ear wires, headpins, cabochon settings, ring blanks & waxed cotton to mention but a few. I also have a huge range of focal point pendants, stations and components. There is everything to make fabulous unique jewellery.

I collect jewellery, beads and hippos!

As I said before, I have made jewellery for over 20 years ( I started at a very early age to fund horse riding lessons!) and love to make items that are unique and stylish. I decided to start selling on Ebay because of my love for jewellery and beads. I wanted people to have access to gorgeous beads, gemstones and findings with which to make affordable and original designs. For example I love to use semi precious gemstones mixed with Czech firepolished glass - the possibilites for design are endless and always stunning.

I prefer Paypal. I pride myself on the speed with which I send your items. I feel it is important to get your items quickly so you can put your imagination into gear! I will also accept cheques but I do wait for them to clear as my fingers have been burnt in the past - sorry. You can also send postal orders and unused new UK postage stamps but you might be better sending them via recorded delivery to ensure they arrive safely. Please pay for your purchases within 7 days. International customers must pay via Paypal in GBP (£) - Sorry but I do not accept any other method.

It is OK to combine purchases for up to 7 days. Please contact me to let me know you have finished buying so I can send you an invoice to save you money. P&P for the UK only is £1.00 for the first item and 10p per each additional item So for example if you bought 3 items then the postage charge would be £1.20. Some strings of beads and bead mixes I send cost me £1.45 for just the postage and I only charge £1.00 for the first item. Also if Ebays invoice combining is not working properly, I will refund. I also refund if I feel you have overpaid when buying small charms and pendants etc. I like to think I am being fair to my buyers by doing this. International customers email me for P&P costs. I cannot be held responsible for the Royal Mail losing any items in transit, so please pay the insurance and I will send them recorded. It can take up to 15 working days for first class to be delivered please let me know after this if you have not received an item so I can refund/replace

Items returned will be refunded less the postage amount providing they are receivied in the same new condition that they were sent to you. Bead mixes must be unopened and strings must be complete.

I always answer any questions very promptly. If you think you have not received an answer from me, please check your spamkiller files as sometimes I find your questions in mine! Please also check the Ebay message system. If you need to contact me please do so at emat@tesco.net. You will also receive emails after purchasing an item, when you have paid and when the item has been sent.

Positive feedback is very important to me and I have a 100% record. I am an honest Ebayer and like to think that I have described my items well though I am sure you can appreciate some items do vary slightly as they are natural products. In the highly unlikely event that you have any problems - please contact me at emat@tesco.net and I will do my best to sort them out. I like to read your feedback - I do read them all - so please leave positive feedback even if its only a word or two! In turn I will always do the same for you. On the other side I will leave negative feedback to bidders/buyers who waste mine and other bidders time by not paying for their item when they have made no effort to answer any reminders or emails. If you should have a payment problem and not want to complete the sale - please contact me in good time to sort it out.

A lot of the images used are from my picture library. In the case of shell, gemstone beads and pendants the image may vary as the products are natural and everyone is unique. I always do my best to describe everything, including whether there maybe imperfections etc. In the cases where I am selling multiple quantites of the same item, they obviously will differ as patternation and colour in gemstone, shell and other natural products are unique. I am honest though and do my best to give you as much information as possible. You can always contact me for more information as well if needed.
