Used to run Moons Mail Order as a record business, sold it back in 2001 resurrected the name last year when I opened an Ebay shop.

I am a paypal only person, UK buyers can pay by UK postal order in most cases now, but you need to contact me first for some rules.

Post and packing is what it costs me to send a package to you. I use stiff quite large cardboard boxes for multiple items. Single items are first protected with bubble wrap before having more or a bag wrapped around the box, this then has cardboard wrapped around it before it is popped into an envelope. When I am buying I expect the seller to pack things as well for me so I know how the buyers feel

If an item is damaged, if you live in the UK return it with explanation and you will get a full refund, Overseas buyers need to send me some proof as a photograph. It items fail to turn up just let me know all items in the UK are sent by Recorded delivery sometimes even Special Delivery and can be tracked. Overseas really need to pay the insurance I will then send the item by signed for or Airsure which can be tracked.
